How to link pan card with aadhar card ?

Linking aadhar with pan card is not free. The Income Tax Department will charge you for this.
So apply through our visit for this pan - aadhar linking.
(You should have aadhar with correct details)
This will required to link and validate pan card with correct details.
If your aadhar doesn't have correct information, then you are requested to change your details as soon as in your documents.

What documents are required for applying pan card ?

(For new pan card) :- You have must your Aadhaar (Aadhar copy) and 2 Passport size photo and a cross signature on (left) one pic and second signature on below right pic. Then a sign required on pan form-49 (opposite) below right side.
(For correction) :- Same 2 photos required (Aadhar & Pan card required) but sign in required only in front and cross signature on one pic on left.

I'm 17 years old, Can I apply for pan card ?

Yes, You can apply for pan card. But you have to not sign on pan card application. You should asked to father for sign on pan card application. (Cross signature required on left pic).
You are under 17 years old. So this is required parents sign (Father or Mother).
You should check your all details carefully before applying the pan card.
